Reminders

  • We leave at 11:30 AM from Archea Bar aka France98 (behind pizza Kolonat). Participation costs 200LEK. In exchange, beer, snacks, and water will be provided
  • Use sunscreen & drink lots of water.
  • Make newbies familiar with hash procedures and trail markings. Have them read our notes on common sense hashing and stay with them so they don't get lost!
  • Use your common sense to judge whether the people appearing on your pictures would object to having them published on the Internet.

Beginning with Hash 729, we will give away two Tirana Hash T-shirts every week.

Here are the rules:

One T-shirt will go to the fastest hasher, whoever finishes the RUNNER's trail first. No shortcuts, you must finish the entire runners trail to qualify.

The second T-shirt will go to the one who wins the "hasher's pace." This is a bit more complicated. The hare, when he or she sets the trail, will record his total time, i.e. from the time he leaves the start point to the time he returns. Whoever comes closest to that time will win the second T-shirt. Obviously, the hare doesn't just go out and back. He may set two trails, meander a bit, go down some false trails, etc. Anyway, it's his TOTAL time that counts. That means that even the slowest hasher has a chance to win!
