Hello dear hasher's

This Saturday will have hike/walk into the canyon of the River Erzen, we will follow the hike till the dike of the Lake of Peshkashesh where you will be provided of an awesome view.

HARE ADVICE: " PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR SELF WITH ENOUGH WATER TO DRINK AND A SMALL SNACK OR SWEETS "

IMPORTANT ISSUE BEFORE THE HIKE : PLEASE BE AS RESPONSIBLE TO WARM UP AND STRETCH BEFORE YOU BEGIN STRESSFUL OR FORCED MOVEMENTS YOUR HEART AND OTHER ORGANS MIGHT GET DAMAGED DURING THE UNNEEDED STRESS PROCESS.

ROAD ROUTE: Follow the road to Elbasan just past Mullet will stop at " Restaurant Muza " AKA before as " Arturi " Hares will check to make sure everyone came in the right direction and guide you to parking area. From there will have some warm up hit the track.
