Hare: Gladiator

Where: the mountain ridge just south (right) of Mt. Dajti.

Directions: Take Dajti road toward the Dajti national park. Pass Chateau Linze, and then pass the two large steel pipes near the road (Tirana's water supply). Go another 2 1/2 km to the turnoff. There should be a sign for Priska e Madhe. Continue down the road to the monument.

Description: typical mountain trails, with some thorns, mud, slippery spots, etc. Views are fantastic of the entire Tirana basin, all the way to Durres and the Adriatic on a clear day.

Note: I will not be there this week, so no beer unless someone brings it.
