Here's the plan: PLACE: The beautiful and unspoiled beach at Dhermi, about one hour from Vlore and about 4 hours from Tirana. DATES: Friday, May 22 through Monday, May 25. Arrive Friday night or Saturday morning. Depart Sunday or Monday.
